Birth: Hannah was born in possibly March 1752 in Airmyn, Yorkshire [1] or March 1754 in Howden, Yorkshire[2] and her father was probably Richard Moat.
Airmyn is only 2.8 miles from Howden, with the river Ouse between them. Travel between them would have been by ferry in the 18th century.
