Biography
Mary Murgatroyd, daughter of James Murgatroyd and his wife, Mary Padgett, was born in Leeds on the 20th of April 1790 and was baptised at St Peter on the 30th of May. [1]
On the 6th of September 1815 at All Saints in Harewood she married Isaac Frier. [2]
Isaac earned their living as an agricultural labourer and they raised their family at Headingley. [3][4][5]
Mary died in 1866 aged 78, her death being registered in Kirkstal. [6]
