Biography

Margaret (also Margareth) was baptized at the Reformed Dutch Church of New Hackensack, Dutchess County. Witnesses were Colonel Gilbert Livingston, Jr. and his wife Margareth(her namesake and probable godparents).^[1]

Capt. John, born in Red Hook, NY, April 9, 1780; married January 15, 1804, Margaret Hude Myer granddaughter of Robert Livingston, born March 3, 1783^[2], died August 23, 1841. ^[3]

Had 8 children.
