Israel Nason was born on September 22, 1824 in Sunbury, New Brunswick, son of Lemuel Nason (1797–1867) and Anna Dunlop (1802–1905).
Israel (20) married Phoebe Levina Thomas (23) (born on February 15, 1821 in Saint John, St. John, New Brunswick) on September 26, 1844 in New Brunswick. Their daughter was Hannah Sophronia Nason (1848–1925).
In 1851, Israel (26) was living in Blissville, Sunbury, Canada. [1]
