Biography

Amy Mihi Nathan was born on 5 November 1904. She was the daughter of Te Hikimate Aukume Netana and Putiputi Mita Whakatau. She was also known as Te Mihi Wairua Amy Nathan.

She married Albert Brettx Reid. They had at least five children together.

Her husband Albert died on 14 July 1959.

In the 1966 New Zealand, Electoral Rolls (1853-1981) Amy Mihi Reid was recorded living at Maketu, a widow.

She passed away on 15 October 1968 in Auckland and was buried in Maketu Cemetery, Maketu, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand[1].
