Biography

Noel was born April 1st, 1930 in Leachville, Arkansas.[1] He was the son of Mose New and Ruby Denis (Hood) New.[2]

He was one of 6 children.

He married Dolly Lou (Lively) New on September 6, 1953 in Leachville, Arkansas. [3] Noel was drafted into the Army during the Korean conflict, but stayed stateside working as a clerk for the length of his service. Noel farmed for many years, but performed several jobs in different parts of the country even delivering mail in St Louis during Christmas and lived for a while in Flint Michigan working for General Motors. Eventually, he settled near Campbell, Missouri [4]where he would live for the rest of his life.

He passed away September 21st, 2006 in Malden Missouri and was laid to rest at Dunklin Memorial Gardens in Kennett, Missouri. [5]
