Biography
D'Arcy Osborne was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)
D'Arcy Wentworth Towns Osborne was born on 20 August 1878 in Manly, Sydney. He was the son of George Osborne and Sophia Ann Kathleen Towns.[1]
On 11 June 1903 in Sydney, he married Dorothea Mary Mair.[2]
D'Arcy and Dorothea had children:
- Katherine Dorothea D'Arcy Osborne m Aubrey Henriques Foa
- Peter Mair D'Arcy Osborne m Bonita Gladys Vesta Appleton
On 3 September 1925 at St Philip's, Sydney, he married Gladys Daphne Laycock.[3]
He passed away on 2 September 1931 in Sydney[4] and was interred in St Thomas' Cemetery, Carwoola, Queanbeyan-Palerang.[5]
