Biography

Alexis Paradis was born on Dec 21, 1808 to Alexis Paradis and Marie-Angélique Falardeau and was baptised the following day at L'Ancienne-Lorette, Lower Canada ^{[1] [2]}.

He married his first wife, Thérèse Drolet, on Feb 9, 1841 at L'Ancienne-Lorette, Lower Canada.^[3]

After the death of Thérèse, he married his second wife, Anastasie Couture, on May 28, 1867 at St-Raymond, Lower Canada.
