When Orleana Parker was born in Texas, it was about the year 1836. Her father was killed when she was a baby, and it is said that her mother remarried. By 1850, Orleana is living in Anderson County, Texas in the household of Adrian Anglin. She married James Rufus O'Quinn after 1850, and they had at least four sons and three daughters between 1855 and 1871. Orleana died sometime after 1880, and was buried in the Foster Cemetery in Anderson County, Texas.
