Asahel Patchen (Jacob, Joseph) was born July 6, 1733. He married (1) Wilton, Conn., March 22, 1756, Elizabeth Martin, who d. March 15, 1761; (2) Redding, Conn., by Rev. Nathaniel Bartlett, 2nd, pastor of Cong’l Ch., Redding, Conn., May 10, 1762, Hannah Osborn, daughter of William Osborn of Redding, Conn., born March 30, 1744. ^[1]
