Biography
Mamie (Patterson) Napper is a part of US Black heritage.
Mamie was born in 1866. She was the daughter of former slaves, Charles Patterson and Josephine Outz. She married Clifford Napper in 1882 at the age of 17, with her fathers permission. One child came from the marriage in 1883, Charles W Napper. She passed away suddenly in 1886 while visiting her parents. [1]
