Biography

Sylba was born in 1904 to Roy Milton Patton and Laura Fite. Her mother died shortly after she was born, and she was raised by her father and stepmother, Lula Klockenbrenk. In about 1935, she married Frank Rusche. They lived in Cincinnati. In the 1950s, Sylba was a saleslady in a linen store. She passed away in 1973 and was interred at Spring Grove Cemetery.
