Biography

1709/10: Mary was mentioned in the will of her father, William Paxson, which was dated 23 August 1709 and proven 11-26-1709/10:[1] To my son-in-law Thomas Walmsby and to my daughter Mary his wife, £5 each. Also, to my daughter Mary Walmsby, £20, if she be left a widow.

1749/50: Mary was mentioned in her husband Thomas Walmsley's will which was dated 12-20 1749/50 (February 20, 1750).[2] She was to receive ... use of plantation where I dwell, while she remain my widow. Also, horses, cows, sheep, swine, etc., for her support.
