John was the son of Isaac Peckham and Barbara Phillips.[1] He was the fourth son of at least 8 children.

John married Deborah Sweet on December 25, 1735 in Westerly, Washington, Rhode Island.[2] They had at least six children:

1. Isaac born in 1737
2. Dorcas born in 1740
3. Ruth born in 1743
4. Clement born in 1745
5. John born in 1747
6. William Sweet[3] born in 1750.

John died in Westerly, Rhode Island in 1757.

Peckham-111 and Peckham-135 appear to represent the same person because: It appears that both of these profiles are for the same person, created by separate gedcoms. Both profiles list the same wife, birth and death dates. I adopted Peckham-135 in order to provide a connection to another relative, when I found Peckham-111. Thank you.
