I believe that Alice Pennington of New Carlisle is not the same Alice Pennington of Maryland. I instead believe that Alice Pennington is born in Colton, Lancashire, England, Baptized 8 December 1753. Daughter of Christopher Pennington (born 1721) and Ann Jonson (born 1731).
