Hugh was born 23 Jul 1889 at Indianola, Tobucksy, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, the son of Lyman Perkins and Hattie Steward. Hugh passed away 7 Feb 1977 at Los Angeles, California. He is buried at the Wichita Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas.[2]
