Pearly was born 16 Jun 1900 at Indianola, Tobucksy, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory[2], the son of Lyman Perkins and Hattie Steward. Pearly passed away 9 Jul 1961. He is buried at the Sunny Lane Cemetery, Del City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.[3]
