Biography

Charles Edward, son of William Holmes Perkins and Hannah Day (Cogswell) Perkns, was born in Essex, Massachusetts, on 24 Sep 1851. [1]

Charles E Perkins, shoemaker, age 20, born Essex, son of William H Perkins and Hannah Cogswell, married Henrietta S Paton, age 20, born Danvers, daughter of Andrew Paton and Mary Tullock, on 16 May 1872 at Danvers, MAssachusetts. [2]

The couple had four children, all born in Danvers, Massachusettts : Ernest (1874-), Elliott (1877-), Oscar (1879-), Wilbur (1891-). [3] [4]

Charles E Perkins died on 19 Jun 1928 and was buried in Holten Cemetery, Danvers, Massachusetts. [5] [6] [7]
