Biography
Bertha Lee Phillips, daughter of Randolph Phillips and Mary Apperson, was born in 1876.
In 1899, she married Andrew Stalnaker.
Bertha died in 1969, and is buried in Belington Fraternal Cemetery in Belington, West Virginia.[1]
