Thomas Plummer of Rowley served in the Revolutionary War as a Private in Capt. Thomas Mighill's (Rowley) company of Minute-men, which marched on the alarm of April 19, 1775 and in Capt. Thomas Mighill's (1st) company, Col. Samuel Gerrish's, later Lt. Col. Loammi Baldwin's 38th regiment in 1775 at Sewall's Point. [1] [2]

Thomas Plummer was born on March 20, 1756 in Rowley, Essex County, Province of Massachusetts Bay, son of Thomas Plummer (1719–1790) and Bethiah Tenney (1718–1790). [3]

Thomas (24) and Elisabeth Chandler (20) were married on September 12, 1780 in Rowley, Massachusetts. [3]

Elisabeth was born on August 6, 1760 in Billerica, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay Colony. She was the daughter of John Chandler and Elisabeth (White) Chandler.
