David Harris Pomeroy was born on 27 Jan 1848 in Litchfield, Ohio to parents Brewster Harris Pomeroy and Phebe Tryon. He married Evangeline Belle Pomeroy on 24 Dec 1871 in Fremont, Winona, Minnesota. Children: Frank W, Effie, Jennie R, Ellen, Belle, Pearl, Coral Barbara, Walter, Leon. He died on 14 Sep 1914 in Naples, Clark, South Dakota.
