Patsy (Puckett) Abney was a Virginia colonist.

She was listed as Martha on her husband John's Will.

Patman Puckett, daughter of John Puckett, married John Abney on 24 Apr 1790 in Amherst County, Virginia.^[1][2]

She died in 1856 in Estill County, Kentucky and is buried in Abney Cemetery, Furnace, Estill County, Kentucky.^{[citation needed]}
