Biography

When Ida May Rainford was born on March 11, 1866, her father, George, was 53, and her mother, Margaret, was 33. She was born in Rockville, Illinois but the family moved to Indiana just before the 1880 census. She married Benjamin F Rouse on November 8, 1883, in Kankakee, Illinois; he was the brother of her older sister Alice's husband. They had two children during their marriage. She died on April 10, 1924, in Schneider, Indiana, at the age of 58, and was buried in Lowell, Indiana.
