It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Mary by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.

The descendants of Mary Randolph (daughter of William Randolph II) and John Price are outlined in another well documented book, also available online: The Randolphs of Virginia,a compilation of the descendants of William Randolph of Turkey island, and his wife Mary Isham of Bermuda hundred,
I agree with Darlene. The book William Randolph I of Turkey Island, Henrico County, Virginia, and his immediate descendants is available online at https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/005732399. While William Randolph II did have a daughter Mary, she married John Price. We don't actually know who the Mary was who married Joseph Renfro, or even whether her name was Randolph or Owens.
This is not the correct Mary according to the book found on Ancestry William Randolph I of Turkey Island (Henrico County) Virginia and his immediate descendants.www.ancestry.com/search/collections/12301
Randolph-1852 and Randolph-1269 appear to represent the same person because: Husbands are the same. Her name and birth are the same. This is the same woman. The dates are estimates, the grandchildren are the same.
