Violetta Selina was born on the 30th July 1880. She was the daughter of George Rashleigh and Olive Acworth[1]. As a young girl she lived with her parents [2].
In 1891 Violetta is living with her mother and two brothers at her maternal grandfather's house in West Ham [3].
In 1901 Violetta was living with her uncle Foster Acworth [4].
They had five children: Constance Olive (born 18 December 1903, baptised 14 February 1904), Winifred Marion (baptised 22 February 1905), Stanhope George Edward (baptised 13 December 1906), Gwendoline May (baptised 15 May 1912) and Francis Herbert Rashleigh (baptised 22 January 1915). They initially set up home in East Ham, Essex [7]
In 1915 they resided at 440 Katherine Rd, East Ham, Essex, England [6]. They continued to live in East London for the rest of their lives [8][9].
Violetta Selina (Rashleigh) Stevens died in about November 1952 in East Ham. She was 72 years 3 months old [10].
