Biography

George was born in 1861, the son of David Reid and Mary Cuthbert. ^[1][2]

In 1871 he was living in Edinburgh with his parents, siblings and a servant. ^[3]

On 10 June 1896 he married Jessie Kelly Morgan (1870-1918). ^[4] Their children included:
