David Reid was from Jedburgh, but born (according to the 1891 Census), in Edinburgh.

Married on 16 Nov, 1860, at 48, King St., Dundee, "after banns was solemnised between us according to the forms of the United Presbyterian Church". ^[1]

Cause of death: "Calculus in the bladder, several years, cystitis, 5 mths, nephritis, 10 days"
