Biography
Marie Anne Richard was born around 1699 in Acadia.[1] She was the daughter of Martin Richard and Marie-Marguérite Bourg. She married first, Pierre Doucet, son of Louis and Marguerite Girouard about 1724.[2] She married second, Jean Quessi, son of the late Jean Quessi and Cecile Heber[sic, she was his stepmother], 6 Feb 1748 at Beaubassin.[3][4]

1714 Census, Beaubassin: Michel BOURG, and Elisabeth MELANSON his spouse; children: Francois, Pierre, Anne, Elisabeth, Joseph, Jean-Baptiste, Alexandre.
She passed away at about 80 years old and was buried 3 May 1781 at Batiscan, Quebec.
