Baker-53780 Julia was born in Caroline Co., Virginia. Her father, Alfred Ricks was born in Southampton County, Virginia, but after he married Mary Ann Terrell on 14 Apr 1822 - Friends MM House, Caroline Co, Virginia. He moved to Caroline Co., Virginia where he lived the rest of his life. The Terrell family had been in Caroline for generations and active Quakers.
