Biography
Peter was born 21 Oct 1668 in Hingham. His parents were John and Elizabeth (Hobart) Ripley.
He was active in the Canada Expedition of 1690.
He married Sarah Lasell daughter of John and Elizabeth (Gates) Lasell on 17 Apr 1693.

She was Sarah was born in Hingham on Nov 29, 1666, and died 19 Sep 1736.
He died 22 Apr. 1742, age 74. Will dated 6 Apr 1742, proved 25 May following.
"Cooper." Constable 1708. Selectman 1725.
Resided on the paternal homestead, Main Street, Hingham Centre.
