Pierre (Nicolas) Rivet est né en 1687.
Il était le fils de Maurice Rivet et de Marie Cusson.
Marie-Anne Langlois épousa Nicolas Rivet le 19 juin 1719 à Repentigny. [1]
Le couple eut 13 enfants connus, dont 7 se marièrent et 4 sont morts en bas âge. [2]
Il est décédé en 1777.

Note: He is baptized Pierre but went by the name Nicolas, he had a brother named Pierre who lived to adulthood. [2]
