Franklin was born in 1904. He was the son of Isaac Rogers and Myra Sanders. He lived with his parents and siblings in Lehi, Maricopa, Arizona in 1910.[1]
Franklin passed away in 1915 from shock and heart failure following a bilious fever.[2]
