Biography
Martha A. Rogers wed John T. Nicholson October 30, 1870 in Towns County, Georgia.[1]
Martha Nicholson was enumerated as wife at District 833, Lower Hiwassee, Towns County, Georgia for the June 10, United States Census, 1880. She was noted to keep house, born 1846 in Georgia and married as seen in this image of the original census. Also included in the household are self John Nicholson, son James Nicholson, son Luther Nicholson, son Martin Nicholson and daughter Lillie Nicholson.[2]
Martha A. Rogers Nicholson is buried at Enotah Baptist Church Cemetery in Towns County, Georgia.[3]
