DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Edwin by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Edwin:

Hi! The templates for the Colorado Sticker, the Oklahoma Sticker, and the Missouri Sticker were recently changed (default text is now "was a Coloradan" / "was an Oklahoman" / "was an Missourian"). If you would like to edit the default text, it now has that capability. No need to do anything if you're ok with the text of the stickers being "Edwin Rose was a [Coloradan/Oklahoman/Missourian]".

For details, see the template pages:

Cheers, Liz

Most of the pictures I have of the Rose families came from Carolyn Robb Rose (user carpartsisparts on Ancestry.com) or James Betschart (another Ancestry user; I believe he descends from Ulyssess & Heatty but I'm not 100% sure)
