Sarah (Rule) Williams was born in Puggis, Cornwall, England.
Biography
Sarah Ellen was born in 1868 to William Henry Rule and Caroline Richards Rule.[1][2][3]The family moved to the United States around 1884. Here she met and married RJ Williams.[4] After a mining accident, Sarah insisted her husband no longer go down into the mines. They moved to a brick making company town (Taylor Washington) and then to Portland Oregon where her husband was a railroad mechanic.[5][6] She died Dec 28, 1940. [7] Her husband died a few days later.
