Bertha Edith Rundle was born on 28 Nov 1886 in Kansas, United States, daughter of Philip H Rundle (1840–1922) and Mary Louisa Ewing (1842–1915).^[1]

In 1900, Bertha (13) was in the household of her father, Philip, in Elk Township Clyde city, Cloud, Kansas. ^[2]

Bertha (18) and Joshua Roberts Poore (21) were married on 29 Nov 1904 in Concordia, Cloud. Joshua was born on 23 Jul 1883 in Concordia, Cloud. Their known son was Harold Irving Poore (1906–1986).

In 1910, Bertha (23) was living with her husband, Joshua, in Sibley, Cloud. ^[3]
