Thomas Salusbury was the eldest son of Thomas (Salisbury) Salusbury (abt.1409-1471). He fought at the battle of Blackheath (1497) and was, in consequence, knighted by Henry VII - the first of a stream of honours and officers which the family earned by their support of the Tudor dynasty.
In 1498, Sir Thomas Salesbury was steward of the lordship of Dyffryn Clwyd, Ralph Salesbury, esq, was constable of Ruthin Castle, and Robert Salesbury was lieutenant and receiver of Ruthin Castle.[1]
He died before 11 August 1506, when a deed was entered into between Dame Jonet, late wife of Thomas Salesbury, Kt. deceased, and Roger Salesbury, esq., his son and heir.[2]

You might like to look at the Profile. All profiles should have, at the very minimum, two headings, Biography and Sources. You can see how these are structured in the Edit Text box. Personally, I like to add citations after the Sources heading. others choose to use the capital C citation aid. This is purely a matter of choice. If you want to chat any more be sure to contact me Cheers Steve
I have not changed anything regarding to the headings in the profile box, as I can't edit pre-1500 profiles. But I know what you mean and agree the sections of Biography and Sources should always be there. I usually never use the bullets but use the " " signs for quotations then followed by the source brackets so that the sourse link shows in the sources section. As you're the profile meiser here I'm sure you'll whichever layout works the best ;o)
