I have found a second child for Albert and Anna with those names listed as his parents in the marriage certificate for him. The records of Mary are a bit mixed with her parents names. The ones created while she was living give the names of Albert and Anna for her parents. I can see the confusion given that neither child grew up with their parents. I haven't found any record for Thomas Shean outside of the 1870 and 1880 Census, the same as their older sister Emily. I'm not sure why Albert isn't listed in the 1870 or 1880 Census. Maybe he was sickly as a child and he wasn't home the days the census taker came by. He did die at a much younger age then his siblings.
Anything is possible. Often it is more of a problem to determine what name a person should have. Maybe just a research note that lists the dilemma and all the relative names listed.
I posted this comment because the information I can find doesn't support any child named Albert E Shean. Sheain. or Sheehan. The only child born to John Sheain and Mary Ann Corrigan who are supposed to be his parents about 1868 was named Thomas Wilbert Sheain. He married Anna Ronan in 1892. and apparently also married Alberta Tuttle Smith in 1919.
The person might be the same person but the name is not Albert E Sheain. We can change his name to reflect the sources available. Maybe since his wife's name was Alberta some one made an error listing his name as Albert, but the sources say Thomas Wilbert. I just don't know the best way to resolve this, maybe just give him all the names.
The only source I see that says "Thomas W." is the 1880 census. Then he's called Wilbert in the 1892 marriage record to Anne Ronan, but in the following marriage record for their daughter he's named Albert: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N4X9-7D5
I'm guessing he was named Thomas Wilbert at birth, then started going by Wilbert and eventually Albert.
