NOTICE of intended distribution of estate.—Any person having any claim upon the estate of ARTHUR JAMES SHOESMITH, late of North Haven, retired timbersmith, deceased, who died on 26th March, 1981, must send particulars of his claim to the executors, Ernest Sylvester Shoesmith and William John Shoesmith, care of John Churton, Solicitor, 53 Albert Street, Taree, or his agent, Messrs Hunt & Hunt, Solicitors, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney 2000, within two calendar months from publication of this notice. After that time the executors may distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which at the date of distribution they have notice.
