Wife of Daniel Smith. She was originally buried in Smith Cemetery, No. 2, located in Carter County on the left bank of the Watauga River, upstream from Dry Branch, on an unfenced plot purchased by the T.V.A. from Gean Campbell. There were twelve graves. Five were relocated prior to flooding. The remaining seven unmarked/unknown graves were left.
