In 1884 or 1885, Agnes (Aggie) Emma (Emily) SNOW, daughter of Horace Carleton SNOW and Annie Gilmour BAINE was born at Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]}

Agnes was an Anglican.^[1]

On April 6, 1891, Aggie, her parents, Horace and Annie and her brother, John were lodging at Wellington Ward, Ottawa, Ontario.^[1]

On April 6, 1929, the engagement of Agnes and William John SCOBIE was announced in the Ottawa Journal newspaper by Agnes‘s aunt, Augusta Florence SNOW KING.^[4]

On April 29, 1929, Agnes, age 43 years, a spinster, and William John SCOBIE, age 65 years, a widower, were married at Trinity Anglican Church, Ottawa South. Both Agnes and William were residing at Ottawa. The witnesses were Irene E MOTHERWELL of 306 Fairmont Avenue, Ottawa and Anna Ethel REID of 57 Powell Avenue, Ottawa. ^[5]

While married to John, she lived in Norway Bay in the summer and at 203 Gladstone Avenue, Ottawa in the winter.

On August 28, 1948, Agnes, age 61 years, passed away. She was residing at 203 Gladstone Ave, Ottawa. The informant of her death was her husband, William. Although 25 years younger than her husband, she died ten months before he did.^[7]

On September 1, 1948, Agnes was buried in Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa.^[7]
