Lois marries to Reubin Bemis on July 23, 1794 in Springfield, Vermont. Reuben was born in Sudbury, Massachusetts in about 1767. He is the son of John Bemis and Abigail Sanderson.

Lois died on September 14, 1829 in East Barnard, Windsor, Vermont.
