While doing research in Ireland for same time span (1762 - 1767) I looked for a Catharine Stewart (with all various spellings) for birth or christening information. There were no recorded births for a Catharine Stewart in Ireland.

Mrs. Kelly, at the age of seventy-six years, fell and dislocated her hip, and from the effects of the fall she was forced to lie in bed thirteen years. During this period she had a stroke of what was called in that day "the shaking palsy." Yet with all this, the old lady was cheerful, and was never known to murmur or complain.
