She is the daughter of John Stewart[1] and Hannah Boone. Her father attended Daniel Boone on his first expedition to Kentucky and was killed by Indians.[2]
She married James Lewis,[2] probably in 1786.[1] In 1818 they moved to Crawford County, Indiana, and in 1820 they went to Jackson County, Missouri, where James Lewis died about 1840.[2]
Given/Middle Names: Either Elizabeth Ann or Ann Elizabeth, or Anne (nickname Betsy).
Birth Information: Both profiles merged on 28 January 2023 had birth place as Yadkin, Rowan, North Carolina - one with Yadkin & one with Yadkin River - but the profile that called her "Elizabeth Ann "Betsy" (Stewart) Lewis" had text that said she was "probably in Wilkes County, North Carolina....[1]" The two profiles had different birth dates, which may represent birth and baptism dates.
Ann Elizabeth (Stewart) Lewis, born 10 September 1769[3]
Marriage: Unsourced marriage information from a FamilySearch tree says that she and James G. Lewis married 25 February 1786 in Wilkes, North Carolina, United States.[4]
Death: The death information from FamilySearch says that she died on 29 July 1848,[4] but cites a now-removed Find a Grave memorial as saying she died in 1844. The record of the memorial in FamilySearch has "Unknown Cemetery" and a birth date of 25 February 1770. While the record also notes the memorial "Contains Biography", whatever the biography might have said was not recorded.[5]

I completed the merge with "Ann Elizabeth" order for her names, since both birth dates given for her in the two merged profiles called her either Anne or Ann Elizabeth. Those dates and her actual birth name should change if primary sources are found.
