Biography

Andrew STICE (Charles Carl) was born 1766 in Rowan, North Carolina. An alternate date of birth is January 20, 1770 also in Rowan County, North Carolina which is given on his findagrave memorial. [1]

He died 18 Aug 1817 in Madison, Illinois and was buried in Watt Cemetery, near Troy, Illinois. Another death date of Oct. 18, 1819 was provided by findagrave.com submission but death location was Madison County, Kentucky. I'm not sure which is correct. [1]

Reported as 20 Jun 1770 by Jennifer Stice Rowe, source #2; source #3 gives abt 1766.

Marriage

Andrew Stice married Nancy Green WILSON, daughter of William WILSON and Nancy GREEN, about 1789 in , Rutherford, North Carolina. Nancy was born 6 Jan 1771 in , Rowan, North Carolina. She died 10 Feb 1852 in , Madison, Illinois.
