Removed George H. Neff (abt.1829-abt.1907) as son. George was born in Pennsylvania and could find no data for this Jacob or Elizabeth living in Pennsylvania. I believe George is the son of a Jacob Neff, but from York County or Westmoreland County in Pennsylvania who moved to Butler County.
