Biography
Catharine Stout is named as an heir of Benjamin Stout (d. 1827 Shelby County, KY) in a deed where the children sell Benjamin's land. [1]
She and her sister, Ann, sued their brother, Joseph H. Stout, administrator of Benjamin Stout, to divide the land, which was done in April 1830.[2]
Catharine married Stout Whitehead on 19 Jan 1832 in Shelby County, Kentucky.[3]
Catharine died 9 Mar 1843 in Daviess County, Kentucky.[4]
