Biography
[1] She married John Buckner in Rowan County, North Carolina around 22 Jul 1786, when their marriage bond is dated.[2]
Research Notes
Heritage of Old Buncombe County[3] gives a first name "Elizabeth," which has been copied in many derivative sources. This name is not given in any known primary sources, and it certainly was not the one she used regularly. Some tertiary sources have also rather randomly invented a first name "Isabella" for some reason, perhaps somehow confusing her with her husband's grandmother.
