Jill, Richard and Hannah of Sudbury are a completely different couple with a different set of children than Richard Taylor and Hannah Unknown of Yarmouth.

Here's one source: p. 173, OTIS: Samuel Cobb, son of elder Henry Cobb, born in Barnstable 12th OCT 1654, ...married Dec. 20, 1680 Elizabeth, daughter of Richard Taylor, called "tailor" to distinguish him from another of the same name. He died Dec. 27, 1727 aged 73, and his wife May 4, 1721 aged 66. Children born in Barnstable: ...

Substantially, yes, they seem to be the same guy....am re-evaluating what I've got for his ancestors right now....

Taylor-83637 and Taylor-36745 appear to represent the same person because: Based on dates & Yarmouth location, these are the same men.
