Pauline, daughter of George E. Taylor (1872-1944) and Mabel M. Bunting (1878-1868), was born in Franklin Township in Lenawee County, Michigan in 1908.[1][2][3] She married William Morgan in Tipton, Michigan in 1933.[4] Bill, 23, was her high school sweetheart, and worked as a road maintenance engineer, having graduated just graduated from the University of Michigan. Pauline, 24, was a teacher.
Bill and Pauline moved to Plymouth, southwest of Detroit, living at 679 Ann Street.[5] where Bill worked as a sales engineer at Pillsbury Chemical Company.
